Brian McLaren says "Everything must change," but GOD says "I the LORD do not change." (Malachi 3:5) God's Word also says..."Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings." (Hebrews 13:8,9) So why is Brian McLaren trying to change the message of the gospel to suit todays culture? Sadly, he and others, who present these 'new ideas,' are presenting people with 'another gospel' (Galatians 1:6-9) and 'another Jesus' (2 Corinthians 11:4) with no power to save, and will have eternal consequences. We need to pray for these leaders, pray for discernment, and read God's Word and test things against the truth of God's Word.
